Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is really great, right by the beach and close to several amenities. The rooms were clean but felt a bit cramped for a larger group. The service was friendly, particularly from the bellmen, but there were some staffing issues leading to delays. Overall, while it has great potential, it could use some improvements in certain areas.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which overall offers good value for the price. The location is fantastic, being just a minute's walk from AlFanateer Corniche, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but facing the street can be a bit noisy. The service was friendly, especially from Mr Kumran and Mr Abdullah Al-Sultan, though it didn’t fully meet five-star standards. Dining options were a little below average for a hotel of this caliber.
The hotel is really well-located, surrounded by various restaurants and close to a nice coastal path. While the rooms are spacious and clean, the decor featuring black and white portraits can be a bit unsettling. The service was excellent, making us feel comfortable, but there were occasional delays. Overall, it offers good value for money, especially for those visiting for work or leisure in the area.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially appreciating its great location for both Sabic and leisurely strolls along the coastal path. The rooms, while comfortable, felt quite basic, and I particularly enjoyed the traditional decor that echoed the hotel's historical charm. However, I believe some aspects like dining could be improved to match the service and location. Overall, it was a solid choice but didn’t quite reach five-star status in my book.
The hotel has a superb location, just a minute's walk from AlFanateer Corniche with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Habib and the bellmen who made our stay more pleasant. However, the rooms felt outdated and not as comfortable as I expected for a five-star establishment. While the amenities were decent, I felt the overall experience didn't provide the luxury I was hoping for given the price.
