I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location is really great, right by the beach and close to several amenities. The rooms were clean but felt a bit cramped for a larger group. The service was friendly, particularly from the bellmen, but there were some staffing issues leading to delays. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, which overall offers good value for the price. The location is fantastic, being just a minute's walk from AlFanateer Corniche, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but facing the street can be a bit noisy. The service was friendly, especially from Mr Kumran and Mr Abdullah Al-Sultan, though it didn’t fully meet five-star standards.
